As many organizations are exploring their options for continuing or freezing their sustainability initiatives, leaders must consider the short- and long-term implications of their decisions. This lecture, delivered at the University of North Carolina Kenan Flagler Business School in March 2009 provides insights and concrete examples of what businesses need to know before making decisions about their sustainability spend. The 50 –minute lecture content is intended for any size company, sector, and leadership capacity.
