We are teachers at heart, and it matters to us deeply that we offer our seminars and training courses on topics that will actually make a difference for our clients, not just provide a certificate or put a check in a task list. It also matters to us that we offer our seminars and training courses in ways consistent with how adults learn, and this is a center of expertise for us.
Our seminars and training courses are designed with both of these commitments in mind. So, for example, every one of them include kinesthetic activities, as well as auditory and visual learning media. Our best input on "what makes a difference" is the requests and feedback we have received from our clients over the years, and the seminars and training courses listed here are the ones that our clients have told us have made a big difference to them - whether they were offered to intact teams or as open-enrollment courses.
There is one more core principle for our seminars and training, and it is one that sets us apart from other providers: we understand that the true measure of whether a training was successful is not whether the participants liked it, or report at the end of the course that they learned a lot. The measure of success is the extent to which the new skills are actually utilized and have an impact on real-time goals the participants are pursuing in their work and lives (for more information about our approach to evaluating seminars and training and actually measuring their business impact, go to Business Value Analytics or Business Case Study: A Training ROI Success Story. And we know that simply offering a skill in a seminar is not enough to embed that skill in the participants' repertoire. For that, there need to be not only changes at the level of skill, but changes in perception and attitude, as well as changes in "sense of identity" that are consistent with the use of the new skills. Our seminars and training courses are designed to bring about changes at these levels as well. That is part of our commitment to making a difference.

Thanks for everything you did and for the lasting impression that you left with not only the group, but me as well. There have been some major behavioral adjustments in the group. SL is like a new person--she references what she learned from you and uses these concepts to help her in how she interacts with the rest of the group. A major transformation occurred and definitely for the better!

Very honest and straightforward, yet at the same time comfortable. Zemo demonstrated a powerful ability to lead people through difficult personal thought processes by keeping the real issues on the table and ensuring that everybody was comfortable with the outcome and channeling negative emotions into positive energy. Truly one of the best I've had.
